How To Configure Vlan Translate on HSGQ GPON OLT

In fiber network deployments, VLANs are key to isolating and managing different types of services (such as Internet access, IPTV, and VoIP). However, in some scenarios, VLAN ID translation is required between the OLT and ONU to meet network planning or customer needs.

Environment

Internet Vlan 120 connect to OLT uplink GE03

PON01 ONU Internet Vlan 1200

1. Service Port VLAN translate

1.1 Login into OLT Web and click VLAN tab, create VLAN 120 and tag with GE 03, shown as below:

1.2 Click Service Port to config auto configuration plate, shown as below:

1.3 Profile, Line profile, view default profile details, delete transparent gem port, add new gem port with vlan 1200, shown as follows:

1.4 ONU WAN connection config new link with vlan 1200 and Internet service type, shown as follows:

1.5 check the ONU WAN interface status
