The 100Gbase-sr4 QSFP28 Optical module is a parallel 100G Optical module. QSFP28 full duplex Optical module provides four independent transmission and reception channels. Each function can operate at a speed of 25Gbps at 100m OM4 MMF, with an overall data rate of 100Gbps.
When the 100Gbase-sr4 QSFP28 Optical module transmits signals at the transmission end, the electrical signals are converted into optical signals through the laser array, and then transmitted in parallel on the banded multimode fiber. When it reaches the receiving end, the photodetector array converts the parallel light signal into a parallel electrical signal.
