The technology of the PLC fiber seminars is more complicated and expensive. It uses semiconductor technology for production, which greatly increases the difficulty of manufacturing, so its cost is high.

2. Work wavelength

FBT optical fiber separators only support three wavelengths: 850nm, 1310nm, and 1550nm, and cannot work in other wavelength environments.

The PLC optical fiber seminars can support work at the wavelength of 1260nm to 1650nm. It can be seen that the wavelength range supported by the PLC fiber optic width is more extensive.

3. Diversion ratio

The diversion ratio of FBT optical fiber seminars is as high as 1:32, and the PLC optical fiber seminars can rise to 64, which allows the PLC optical fiber to provide higher reliability. In addition, based on higher technology, the PLC optical fiber seminars can split the signal equivalent.

4. Temperature

Temperature is a key factor affecting the performance of optical devices. Therefore, it plays a vital role in the performance of the equipment. The FBT optical fiber seminars can work stable at -5 ℃ ~ 75 ℃, while the PLC optical fiber seminars can work at a wider temperature range of -40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃, and they can play well in such an extreme environment. performance.
