1. Welding matching concentration, module can be inserted

There are three main reasons for the cracking of ceramic sleeves in batch light modules: 1. The quality of ceramic sleeve production is problematic; 2. The optical element and the PCBA board are not enough to match the optical element during the welding process, and the fiber is abnormal; 3. Improper use of customers.

During the welding process, we often find that the components do not match the PCBA board. If we welded them simply, some modules are normal during assembly and testing. However, the insertableness of the module is not very good. Repeatable power changes are very large, and improper force may cause the sleeve to break. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the matching between optical elements and PCBA boards and make more accurate welding workers.

2. ESD protection work
