Features and advantages

• Extremely low power consumption Each optical cable (measured from the end) consumes only 0.78 W, which is 30% lower than the power consumption of competitors' optical cables. Therefore, the overall power consumption and thermal efficiency of the data center are reduced

This can increase the number of optical cables by adding more ports, thus providing more connectivity options to reduce the total system cost.

• There are four bidirectional optical fiber data links at each end. The data transmission rate of each link is 1.0 to 10.325 Gbit/s; Complies with multiple protocols including InfniBand's single data rate (SDR), double data rate (DDR) and quadruple data rate (DDR), Ethernet systems (10 and 40 Gbit/s), Fibre Channel (8 and 10 Gbit/s) and SAS (6 Gbit/s) * InfniBand is a registered trademark of the InfniBand Trade Association

• Low bit error rate (BER) The bit error rate of each link is only 10e-18. The link is more reliable and robust. In contrast, the bit error rate of each link of the standard transceiver is 10e-12;

• The optical transceiver is permanently attached to the optical fiber without air gap, so the interface can resist the invasion of environmental pollutants and user interference during installation;
